Description
The Weldsale WSC-1713416LR BOLT Down Vertical Clamp featuring a 0-16 inch clamping envelope and “Long Reach” 7¾ inch throat. The Bolt Down Boot securely bolts this clamp to a Weldsale Platen. (this clamp will ONLY bolt to Weldsale Platens, NOT generic Platens) Some customer prefer this clamp. Positive features are that this will securely bolt down and the vertical arm does not tilt back. Negative features are that it is slower to install and remove on the Platen and the swivel feature – the ability to clamp to swivel out of the way after unclamping – is negated by this clamp bolting down.
