Description
The Weldale WSC-17134LR is a BOLT Down Vertical Clamp with a 0-5 inch clamping envelope and a “long reach” 7¾” throat. The Bolt Down Boot securely bolts this clamp to a Weldsale Platen. (please note this clamp will ONLY bolt to Weldsale Platens, not generic Platens) Some customers prefer this Clamp for the bolt down feature and clamping envelope.
Positive features are that this will securely bolt down and vertical arm does not tilt back. Negative features are that it is slower to install and remove on the Platen, and the swivel feature – the ability of clamp to swivel out of the way after unclamping – is negated by the Clamp bolting down.
