Replacements and Returns

Our goal at Elite Metal Tools is to give our customers and their business the best tools, information, and service in the industry. Though we strive to work with you in order to provide the best machine for your shop or business, we understand that sometimes you will want to return and/or replace your order.  

If you desire to return your product (machinery not included) for any reason within 30 days of purchase date, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money if item is not used. All returned items must include the following:

  1. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)

  2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

  3. Original packing slip.

  4. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

  5. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Defective merchandise (Must have return authorization): If you receive an item that is considered defective by the manufacturer, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped we will exchange a defective item for a replacement item, or issue a refund upon return of defective merchandise.  

Non-defective merchandise (Must have return authorization): If you decide to return an item that is not defective, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped, we will process the request, apply the return costs and restocking fee, and once merchandise is returned, we will provide a refund for a non-defective item. Non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30% of the purchase price and you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.

Step 1

In order to begin the process, you will need to fill out and submit the Returns and Replacements form found on this page. Please be as specific as possible. This will allow us to provide you with the essential tools and information to complete your request.

Step 2

After submitting the form, please give us 24 business hours to respond. During this time we will determine the validity of your request and decide the best possible course of action for your return or replacement.

Step 3

We will email you at the address provided with information regarding your request. If their is further action required by you, instructions will be included in this email.
