Replacements and Returns
Our goal at Elite Metal Tools is to give our customers and their business the best tools, information, and service in the industry. Though we strive to work with you in order to provide the best machine for your shop or business, we understand that sometimes you will want to return and/or replace your new machine.

In order to begin the process, you will need to fill out and submit the Returns and Replacements form found on this page. Please be as specific as possible. This will allow us to provide you with the essential tools and information to complete your request.
After submitting the form, please give us 24 business hours to respond. During this time we will determine the validity of your request and decide the best possible course of action for your return or replacement.
We will email you at the address provided with information regarding your request. If their is further action required by you, instructions will be included in this email.
