Injection Molding
Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) manufacturing is the process where reactive liquid components are mixed inside a closed mold cavity or mixed head under pressure. More specifically two highly liquid monomers are carefully metered, brought together in a mix head, and immediately injected into a heated mold under low pressure. The most common resins used in the RIM process is polyurethane which uses two liquid monomer components (polyol & isocyanate) & dicyclopentadiene. We offer full repair services (mix head repair), along with High pressure mix heads, chemical metering pumps, magnetic drive couplers, flow meters and chemical valves.
