Description

The new Carell PK-35 three roll, 2” shafts pyramid style, universal roll bender is a new design concept with a straight forward simplified yet powerful drive train for lower maintenance and a more streamline frame and base. These innovations are driven by the demand for an economical and simple yet durable ring roller for small shops where throughput is not high and budget is a driving factor. The PK35 is equipped with a universal tooling roll set, horizontal/vertical working plane, manual top roll adjust, foot pedal rotation controls, lower 2 shaft motorized in rotation and a professional electrical switchgear cabinet all packaged in a compact and economical design for small shops who are looking for a low initial investment and a durable rolling machine. An LED Readout for repeat positioning reference is standard. 

Units are standard with an 18 component universal roll set for flats, round & square bar, T’s, C’s, square & rectangular tube and more! Round tube or pipe rolls, angle, cap rail, twisting, scrolling, wide flats, tight diameter, and custom tooling are available on request as additional add-ons.
