Description

The MPI Rare Earth Round Magnetic Chuck is a suitable tool for clamping different workpiece shapes during grinding, as well as turning operations. The possibility to adjust the holding force greatly facilitates centering of workpieces. Due to the low and very stable magnetic field you can clamp relatively small and thin workpieces. The top plate is made of one solid unit, providing no risk of coolant leakage into the chuck and also allows high regrinding limit.

The MPI Rare Earth Round Chuck stands out for its high clamping force and versatility in use. The combination of a solid top plate with relatively fine parallel pole arrangement and the ability to continuously control the clamping force means easy centering of the workpieces during turning or grinding operations.
