• Floating Head Switch
  • The floating head switch function allows for THC backup should the Ohmic Sensor fail. This can occur if the material has been subjected to paint, oil, unknown chemicals, corrosion etc. The addition of the Floating Head option will avoid "cut failure" by sensing the plate surface.
• Laser Alignment
  • The laser alignment feature assists machine operators in determining where the cutting head is located in relation to the pierce point. This option is also a safety feature. No matter the size of the system – an operator should avoid climbing on the cutting table or leaning across the rails to check the placement of his torch.
  • The laser light indicator helps to avoid this potential hazard.
