Carell’s Planet 30 5” Angle Roll with Digimatic Programmable LED Controls includes infinitely variable rolling speed, 6-directional hydraulic lateral material guides, and Stradivari CNC software.

Parmigiani HTT (High Transmitted Torque)

The three hydraulic motors that drive the rolls, are specially interconnected (by Carell’s HTT exclusive system) in order to obtain the best speed compensation (related at profile size and bending radius) and distribution of the couple on each roll during the bending operation. This externally set adjustment is conveniently located on the side of the machine and does not require a slip clutch adjustment which can be a time consuming and dirty process. In this way, the hydraulic system transmits the power directly to each roll without power losses.
