Double Pinch
Elite Metal Tools offers heavily constructed models of double pinch plate rolls for bending maximum web widths from 6' to 10' with maximum thicknesses of .250" (based on mild steel T.S. of 64,000 PSI). Each model is hydraulically driven to ensure maximum power when working at full capacity. The front and back rolls are also lifted hydraulically which really comes in handy for pre-bending and post bending the metal being rolled.
