Description

Carell’s P Series Rebar Benders use a rotating head with a forming arbor and lateral pins around which the bar is bent. Quality bends are produced swiftly and efficiently to the desired degree with electric limit stops. Rotation powered via TEFC electric motor and a continuous oil bath speed-reduction unit. Safety guards and stop switches are standard. All newly arrived machines include the Digital 6 Bend Programmable Memory Feature!

• Automatic hands free operation: bending head powered and bend sequence initiated by heavy-duty foot pedal with E-Stop Pins or push buttons
• Solid Steel Work Head: heavy steel top rotary plate with welded steel construction base frame with access panels to interior of machine. All tooling is heat treated for durability
• Bend control forward and reverse on all units via pin stops and electric limit switches, on board push buttons or via standard auxiliary foot pedal control. Heavy-duty controls allow for clockwise/counterclockwise operation
• Bends up to 360 degrees in one pass operation, includes rotation inversion switch
