Description
Carell’s ETM-90HD Rotary Type Pipe and Tube Bender is completely constructed in solid steel plate and billet which outperforms other units which include cast aluminum frames and cast type tooling. Extremely easy to use Digital Bend Programming offers 40 programs of 5 bends each. The powerful central driven arbor accepts a variety of tool sizes. Bends are input via industrial polycarbonate push button membrane controls. High quality bends are produced swiftly without using an internal mandrel.

- Adjustable bend angle preset by means of PLC push button control with memory
- MAN-AUT Function: auto function allows automatic bend & return with one command, programmable dwell time after bend/before return to allow part extraction
- Bends up to 180° bends in one operation plus spring back compensation
- Quick change tooling, which can be carried out in a few seconds. One square arbor and unique safety guide pins ensure correct mounting of the tool. Other brand machines allow tooling to be installed incorrectly, which can cause damage to the tool and machine
- Tooling made from solid steel alloy billet material, no castings used in Carell tooling
- Wide range of bending radii: from 2.4” to 19.5” as tube sizes permit
- Controls: push button type & keypad mounted on easy to use inclined panel, 24V
- Safety equipment: emergency stop palm button and degree limit input
