Description

Carell’s Series 4R-HMS Model 2050x200 is a 4 roll, double initial pinch, hydraulic plate bending machine which will pre-bend 6’ x 5/16” plate at full length and roll 3/8” plate to larger diameters. 4R-HMS Machines have hydraulic adjustment and inclination of lateral bending rolls, hydraulic pinch and electro-mechanical powered rotation. Units are standard with 3 LED readouts, cone device & hardened roll surfaces.

Drive System

• Hydraulic volumetric parallelism system on rolls for instant, continuous parallelism operated from control desk without use of mechanical moving parts or torsion bars, maintenance free
• Hydraulic cone tilting of lateral rolls from console, no manual cams/jacks, maintenance free
• Pinch pressure regulation, allows operator to compensate for various sheet thickness
• Heavy solid plate steel end frames distribute loads and reduce torsional deflection
