Baileigh WBS-37VH 460V Three Phase 37” x 60” Wide Belt Sander with Vacuum BA1-12447

Description

The Baileigh WBS-37VH is the 460V/3-phase version of Baileigh’s vacuum wide belt sander, built for higher-voltage shops that need to finish small or lightweight parts by machine. A 5 HP vacuum conveyor holds workpieces down to 2" x 2", eliminating the need for manual polishing benches on small-part runs.

The 10 HP main motor and 1720 RPM belt drive produce up to 2,700 FPM of abrasive belt speed, and the variable 2–26 FPM conveyor handles thickness from 1/64" to 6" across mild steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.

Auto sanding height adjustment, a digital readout, and 10 programmable presets simplify changeovers, while auto belt tracking keeps the abrasive centered. UL 987-certified safety systems and a 1-year parts warranty plus Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support complete the machine.
