Sequence of Operation
Operator will introduce a finish stack of product on the infeed gravity conveyor. When the desired number of components are ready to be wrapped, the operator will advance the load by hand to the infeed threshold of the wrapper and secure the stretch film to the load. The operator will then depress the ring run foot pedal and advance the load through the wrapping area until the desired layering is achieved. When the load is completely wrapped the operator will release the foot pedal, allowing the ring to come to a stop and manually tear the film away from the wrapped load. The finished load can be shoved on to the discharge conveyor, free of the wrapping zone. The unit is now ready for the next load to be wrapped.
