Description

The VITO 90 cleans your coolant in an easy and continuous way. The VITO is placed directly in the lubricant and filters it from chips and other micro-particles without supervision. VITO 90 is suitable for all industrial basins, large volumes of coolant are a breeze, it can filter up to 198 lbs. per minute. In addition, VITO ventilates the lubricant during the filtration. After the set time (standard 10 minutes) VITO stops automatically and takes a break (standard 3 hours) before the filtration will be automatically started again. The result is a clean high quality coolant lubricant, oil and watery solution - freed from chips and solids

Functionality:

VITO cleans and ventilates your coolant lubricant to ensure its optimum quality. The VITO is placed directly into the basin. The vortex created by the machine removes chips and microparticles up to 5 μm from your fluid and keeps it ventilated to prevent the growth of fungus & bacteria. Due to the extended service life and the decreased tool wear, you achieve a reduction of your operating costs as well as a consistent quality of your workpieces.
